The school will commence accepting applications for admission for the School Year 2025/2026 early in the new year (2025)
Garranbane N.S. Admission policy will be posted on this website over the next few days.

Parents please be aware that there is no supervision of children each morning until 8.30a.m. even though there may be Staff present on the premises before that time.
The School Board of Management Insurance does not cover Pupils before 8.30a.m. or Pupils remaining after School has finished at 2.30p.m. each day.
If your child/children are absent from School for any reason, i.e. illness, appointments, holidays, THERE IS NO NEED TO TELEPHONE the School beforehand but please send in a written lette ror on the Aladdin app to the Class Teacher/Principal on the Child’s return to School.
PARENTS MUST INFORM THE CLASS TEACHER/PRINCIPAL IN WRITING WHEN TAKING THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOL EARLY. (THERE IS NO NEED TO TELEPHONE THE SCHOOL)
In the interest of safety of all School users, Children, Parents, Teachers and Visitors, I would ask you to park as carefully as possible on the lower road at collecting and dropping times and meet your Children at the School gate. Please avoid parking in front of our neighbour Mr. Michael Keane’s entrances. Also, please avoid parking or turning in the “Yellow Box” outside the entrance gate to the School.
Please allow extra time for Drop Off and Pick Up. We would ask you to have patience and try not to Turn at the Main School Gate, and if possible, to drive around the Block at busy times or turn at Garranbane Church Junction. We are aware that this will be very frustrating for most Families but ask that you factor in the additional time that will be required for Drop Off and Pick Up when making arrangements for the months ahead while construction is going ahead. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that the Parents Association organise a Card Night each Wednesday night in Bridgie Terries to raise funds for the School. All support would be greatly appreciated.
